What You May Be Experiencing

Nervous System Dysregulation

When your body feels stuck in overdrive or shutdown, even when things seem “fine.” You may feel on edge, exhausted,  unable to fully settle, or even strange symptoms at times. This work gently supports your system in finding its way back to safety and steadiness.

Chronic Pain

Ongoing pain that lingers in the body and impacts daily life. It can feel isolating and exhausting, especially when nothing seems to fully resolve it. This approach gently considers how the nervous system may be holding protective patterns, creating space for relief and softening.

Panic Disorder

Sudden waves of fear or intense physical sensations that seem to come out of nowhere. It can feel overwhelming, confusing, and hard to trust your body. Together, we help you understand what’s happening and begin to unwind the cycle.

Health Anxiety

A constant awareness of your body, where sensations quickly turn into worry or fear. You may find yourself checking, researching, or bracing for something to be wrong. We work to gently shift this pattern, helping you build trust and a steadier relationship with your body.

Mind Body Symptoms

Real physical sensations that may not have clear answers, or that persist despite reassurance. This can feel confusing, frustrating, and even frightening. We explore the connection between your body and nervous system, helping you respond with more ease and less fear.

Trauma

The lasting impact of experiences that were overwhelming, frightening, or too much to process at the time. This can show up as anxiety, disconnection, or feeling stuck in the past. Together, we move at a safe pace to support processing, integration, and reconnection.

You may not see your exact experience reflected here—and that’s okay. If something in you resonates, you’re still welcome to reach out. We support individuals in reconnecting to safety, presence, and a more grounded experience of self.
